OVERVIEW:  The Pennsylvania Council of Professional Geologists (PCPG), in cooperation with PaDEP and USTIF, is pleased to present this full day seminar for owners and operators of regulated underground storage tanks.  The seminar will provide a detailed overview of Pennsylvania's underground storage tank regulations including permitting and registration, transfer of ownership, temporary and permanent closure, inspection requirements, technical standards for tanks and product piping, spill prevention and leak detection, operator training requirements, spill reporting, the corrective action process and financial assurance requirements. Participation and discussion amongst the presenters and the participants will be encouraged.
