Membership to PCPG is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Event registrations may be cancelled no later than five (5) business days prior to the event date. Qualifying refunds will be reimbursed for the full amount, less a $35 service fee. Cancellations received less than five (5) business days from the event date are non-refundable. This policy is strictly enforced. Credit for a future event is not granted. Substitutions are welcomed if made up to three (3) business days prior to the event date. Individual substituted must qualify for same pricing level as original enrollment. If non-member is substituted for member enrollment, registration fee difference must be paid. On-site substitutions incur an additional $50 service fee which does not include a seminar certificate in the substitute's name. No-shows on the day of the event forfeit the full amount of the registration fee, and no materials will be forwarded. Webinar recordings are not made available if the live webinar is missed.
